ORDERS
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Since all products are print-on-demand, production begins immediately after your order is confirmed.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
You can cancel or modify your order within 1 hour of placing it. After that, production has begun and changes cannot be made. Contact us immediately at orders@kurovibe.com.
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in original, unworn condition. Since items are made to order, we cannot accept returns for size exchanges — please use our size guide before ordering.
SHIPPING
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 5-10 business days after production. Expedited options may be available at checkout. International shipping takes 10-20 business days depending on destination.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and times vary by country. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order at kurovibe.com/track.

Our products are made from premium quality fabrics. Specific material information is listed on each product page.
Are all products print-on-demand?
Yes. All KUROVIBE products are produced on-demand when you order. This ensures zero waste and maximum quality control.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other payment methods supported by Stripe.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never store your card details.
