RETURN WINDOW

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Since all products are made to order, we cannot accept returns for incorrect size selection. Please use the size guide on each product page. Defective or damaged items are always eligible for a full refund or replacement.

HOW TO RETURN

1. 1. Email orders@kurovibe.com with your order number and reason
2. 2. We'll send you a return authorization and shipping instructions
3. 3. Ship the item back within 7 days of authorization
4. 4. Refunds processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
